Missions, funding, signals, patents, and watchlists

Follow federal execution, search the evidence radar, review early IP activity, and inspect watched organizations and technologies.

FEDERAL MISSION TRACKER

National missions and initiatives

Named federal science and technology efforts with official objectives, relationships, milestones, and updates. Routine agency mission statements are excluded.

FEDERAL EXECUTION LAYER

Funding and procurement

USAspending awards, Grants.gov opportunities, and SAM.gov notices connected to missions, recipients, contractors, and relevant patent assignees. Analytical links are labeled and do not imply that an award funded a patent.

DECISION BRIEFSProvisional opportunity qualification

These evidence-based gates support analyst review; they are not authorized bid/no-bid decisions.

PURSUIT WORKSPACEMove qualified opportunities toward decisions

Auto-seeded cards are candidates—not approved pursuits. Public status is shown here; internal owners, notes, and capability evidence remain in the gitignored local workspace.

RELATIONSHIP EXPLORERFollow mission execution evidence

Official and analytical connections remain visibly distinguished by confidence.

EVIDENCE & CHANGE CONTROLWhy connections exist and what changed

Claims keep stable IDs, authority labels, evidence links, derivation rules, versions, conflicts, and supersession status. Event, publication, effective, and observation dates remain explicitly distinguished.

READING THE DASHBOARD

What the labels mean

Rules are deterministic and configurable

Rising

Evidence in the latest seven days increased by at least 50% versus the preceding seven days.

Stable

Recent evidence changed, but not enough to meet the rising or declining threshold.

Declining

Recent evidence decreased by at least one-third versus the preceding seven days.

Critical importance

The theme contains evidence scoring 100 or higher.

High importance

The theme contains evidence scoring 50–99. Medium is below 50.

Actionable

A high- or critical-importance theme is rising and merits near-term review.

Watching

The signal remains relevant but does not meet the actionable or stale rule.

Stale

No supporting evidence has appeared for more than 14 days.

Confidence

High means at least five items from three sources; medium means at least two; low means one.

!

Source health

Healthy has no warning days. Degraded retains at least 80% reliability; failing falls below 80%.

R

Readiness stage

The highest stage supported by public PQC evidence. It is not an audit of internal systems.

H

Historical evidence

Official-source evidence imported outside the daily window; it cannot create retroactive alerts.

PQC MIGRATION EVIDENCE

Organization readiness scorecards

Observed public activity, not an audit of internal cryptographic posture.
